1989 - 1990: PLAYBOY CATALOGUE:PRODUCTS FOR GOOD TIMES
In 1990, a young Pam Anderson featured on the cover of one of Playboy's Product Catalogues wearing a bathing suit
and roller skates. Pam also featured inside the magazine in a series of exclusive rare shots that you won't find anywhere else.

Take a look at some of Pamela's early Playboy test shots by renowned photographer Stephen Wayda.
Stephen was also the man who shot Pam's first cover for the October 1989 issue. Mr Wayda confirmed to me
that he in fact, did not shoot the final picture of Pam in the striped bathing suit and rollerblades. He thought
it
may have been taken prior to her actually posing for Playboy. The photo featured on the cover of a 1990 Playboy
catalog, and since it doesn't really fit anywhere else, it will remain here alongside Stephen's shots of Pamela.

1989 - 1990: ARNY FREYTAG PHOTOGRAPHY
Although Stephen Wayda was the photographer who initially worked with Pam the most at Playboy,
a couple of shoots took place with fellow Playboy photographer Arny Freytag, some of which were
featured in her Playmate of the Month pictorial. This collection features rare shots from both the
Chinese and Mexican editions of Playboy that were never published anywhere else.
1989-1990: RICHARD FEGLEY PHOTOGRAPHY
Richard Fegley is another Playboy photographer who worked with Pam during her early days,
most notably though, he was the man behind the lens for the shooting of Pamela's July 1992 pictorial -
'Getting Kicks On Route 66', by which point she had already established herself as an actress
portraying Lisa the Tool Time Girl in the popular US TV show 'Home Improvement'. In these rare
early shots, Fegley captures a young and Pam - and a starlet in the making, on her way to Hollywood!
1989 - 1990: STEPHEN WAYDA PHOTOGRAPHY
Stephen Wayda was predominantly the Playboy photographer who worked with Pam in her early days at Playboy.
From shooting the October '89 cover to contributing significantly to her February 1990 Playmate of the Month pictorial.
This collection of Wayda's work features an extensive portfolio of shoots and out-takes as well as rare images which were
only ever published in the Chinese edition of Playboy, as well as variant images from Pam's centrefold shoot, again with
images which only featured in specific international editions of the magazine. Take a look at some of Pam's rare early
cover shots from rare Turkish issues of Playboy as well as Pam turning up the heat in a sexy lingerie shoot for the VHS
video release of Playboy's Sexy Lingerie Volume III, as well a rare outtake from that shoot. From satin and lace to wet
and wild, Pam's Playmate pictorial has it all, long before she ever hit the beach as Baywatch lifeguard C.J. Parker.
She was just a small-town Canadian girl with big dreams, and she had no idea just how big those dreams were going to
become, and Stephen Wayda was there right at the start, to capture it all in stunning photographs as only he can.
1990: TRACY KAHN PHOTOGRAPHY
A selection of rare early Playboy lingerie shots and out-takes, the first of which became a highly popular
giant poster which was marketed globally. By this point, people knew Pam for her role in 'Baywatch', and it
was this fast-growing global popularity that she was gaining, which only added to the allure of her early shots.
1990-1991: PLAYBOY HOME VIDEO
As well as appearing in Playboy magazine, Pam featured in numerous Playboy home videos from the
1991 Video Playmate Calendar to Sexy Lingerie II and even her own Playmate Video Centrefold, this
selection of caps originate from the many Playboy home video features in which Pam starred alongside
other Playboy Playmates including Petra Verkaik and Kerri Kendall. Eventually Pam's enormous global
popularity led to her getting a further Playboy video and DVD release titled - Playboy: The Best of Pamela
Anderson, which was eventually followed by an even more extensive video and DVD release in a gold case
which featured two alternate collector covers and was entitled - Playboy: The Ultimate Pamela Anderson.
No other celebrity who has ever appeared in Playboy has received such extensive coverage as Pamela,
though many others including Farrah Fawcett, La Toya Jackson, Dian Parkinson and Erika Eleniak have
either had their own video release or featured in one of Playboy's Playmate video feature segments.
1991: KIM MIZUNO PHOTOGRAPHY
In 1991, Pamela featured as the cover girl of one of Playboy's newsstand special editions called 'Playboy's Nudes.

beautiful and classic shots of which are treasured by Pam's fans all over the world.
